Candy is a full time, well rounded, ethical realtor with over 29 years of experience. She started her career working for a home builder and developer in the 1990's. She supplemented that business by selling "expired" listings and "fsbo" listings that had been hard to sell for others. Candy has always worked with VA clients and 1st time home buyers. She doesn't mind the extra effort. Candy will be honest with you. If she thinks you need to make improvements, she'll tell you. Candy will encourage you to be patient and wait until your home is ready. She won't encourage you to "just sign here" so she can put a sign in you yard. If she thinks a particular home is a bad investment, she'll tell you. She'll encourage you to wait until you fnd the right house. Candy is a CLIENT centered realtor. This means her focus is on you.
